Basler scout light Cameras now available with GigE Interface

Camera specialist Basler has expanded the scout light series. They have added eight camera variants with Gigabit Ethernet interface to the established range of FireWire models. The new GigE models use selected Sony CCD sensors and are available in monochrome and color. They are called slA640-74gm/gc (Sony ICX 414), slA780-54gm/gc (Sony ICX 415), slA1390-17gm/gc (Sony ICX267), and slA1400-17gm/gc (Sony ICX285). more

Basler has started series production of the next two models in the popular ace GigE area scan camera series. They are named the acA750-30gm and acA750-30gc. Silicon Software is introducing a fast PCIe x4 frame grabber. This new grabber supports the Basler A406k/kc at its full bandwidth. Basler's A406k/kc, the fastest Camera Link camera. The combination of these components represents a powerful systems available for industrial imaging. The microEnable IV series supports the maximum Camera Link speeds via a PCIe x4 interface. New Features in runner GigE Line Scan Cameras

Basler has expanded the feature set on their runner GigE line scan camera family by adding Shading Correction, Multiplier, and Divider features. This release focuses on simpler and faster integration in different kinds of factory environments.
The new Shading Correction feature can be used to compensate for non-homogeneous lighting conditions. In the resulting homogeneous images, the application software can more easily and accurately detect defects. more

The new mono and color camera models feature 31 frames per second speed at 2330 x 1750 pixel resolution and a Camera Link interface.
