Allied Vision introduces vision technology for embedded systems at the Embedded Vision Summit 2017

From May 1 till May 3, 2017, Allied Vision is participating in the world leading conference and exhibition for embedded vision, the "Embedded Vision Summit" in Santa Clara, California, USA. As a member of the Embedded Vision Alliance, Allied Vision is supporting the event as Premier Sponsor.

Allied Vision will showcase an innovative new camera platform for embedded vision at booth #806 to the embedded vision community. Based on a unique processor technology, this new camera platform will give embedded system designers access to advanced vision technology while fulfilling their needs regarding cost, size, power consumption and performance.

Presentations and workshop
On Tuesday, May 2, participants can learn more about Allied Vision’s new vision technology by attending two presentations at the conference track "Enabling Technologies":

•    12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: A New Generation Vision Camera for Embedded Systems
•    12:30 PM - 01:00 PM: A Multi-Purpose Vision Processor for Embedded Systems Designers

In addition to this, Allied Vision is offering a "Vision Technology Workshop" on Wednesday, May 3. During this workshop, Allied Vision experts will explain in detail the unique characteristics and benefits of this revolutionary camera platform. The topic will be "In-Camera Image Processing Pipeline for Embedded Vision". There are two identical session:

•    Session 1: 9:00 AM - 12:45 PM
•    Session 2: 12:15 PM - 4:00 PM.
