Fraunhofer IMS performs R&D in the field of CMOS Image Sensor design, fabrication and test. The focus is on application and/or custom specific sensor design and fabrication. The sensors are fabricated in a specific optoCMOS process which allows low noise devices, stitching, color filter deposition etc.
